First of all, I’ll open an account in such a bank which gives the best service but situated in the nearest area from our house because it’ll save time and all we know that time is money. The size of the bank should be medium because medium size of bank can provide better customer service and people satisfy with their service. The Bank should give the convenience of ATMs, Debit cards, Credit cards and the interest rate should be the best from the other Bank while account pays interest. For providing a valuable service, the Bank should take a reasonable maintenance fees. The Bank should give the advantage of Low-balance penalty within $1000 for the balance requirement on a certain day of the month. For Banking activities, ATMs are very convenient. So ATM booth should be available in every area and Bank should give surcharge free ATM card. There shouldn’t be any limitations of withdrawal the money in a day by ATM cards and if unfortunately lose my ATM card, the Bank shouldn't take any charge to replace it. The Bank also shouldn't take any charge of Returned check, Bounced check, Overdraft Protection and Check Printing. The most important thing is the Bank should provide an excellent service of Loan application process and Retirement planning service. Last but not the least, I would say that if incase I need to close my account, the bank shouldn't charge any fee.
